Have you ever heard of a closing that lasts for a week? Neither have we!!!! Until we just went through one.

All parties were thrilled to finally close Friday afternoon. AND, we literally solved every possible problem...  from one of the buyers dropping out 30 minutes before closing, to heated arguments between attorneys on both sides. 

As transaction brokers, our job is to secure an able, willing and ready buyer. Once we’ve done that, task number one is to LEAD all parties to a smooth closing. Sometimes, transactions don’t go as planned, yet, we always achieve the same outcome for our happy clients. 

In this case, our buyer is thrilled to get the key to her new home and the seller was glad to receive more money than she was hoping for from the sale of her Miami property.
